Get to know Hungarian gastronomy, taste the delicacies of the market halls, find out everything about traditional and new cuisine, about Hungarian recipes and specialties and discover the world of local wines and schnapps!
During a short (80 minutes) but intensive demonstration, you can get to know every important element of Hungarian gastronomy and try out many of the delicacies on offer in the market halls: salami, sausages, various types of cheese and peppers, preserved vegetables, honey, sweet pasta and fruit juices are available the program.
Two typical Hungarian wines are also served - of course we can also get to know the local wine regions, well-known wine growers and the grape varieties native to Hungary. As a little bonus, you will receive a digital restaurant guide from me with 12 pages of local tips - from street food to fine dining.
In addition to this 'classic' program, you can also order an expanded, exclusive version: for a small additional charge, 4 wines, a delicious fruit schnapps and the most famous Hungarian bitters, the Unicum, are offered.
