Description of Tour

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho (L, D)
Pick up at the hotel at 8:00. Take 2 hour drive to Tien Giang Province (around 85km western of Saigon).
Upon arrival, we visit Vinh Trang Pagoda then take a private boat on the upper part of the Mekong River to cruise along the Mekong River and Rach Xep Canal where both sides full of green water coconut then stopover for honey tea, listen to the traditional music and visit the family whom make coconut candy. A short trekking in the fruit garden that leads you to the horse cart station, they will take you for a while in country road. Having some fruit at the small ferry where you will take rowing rural sampan from the green canal to the big boat for coming back to My THo.

Lunch is available at the Mekong Rest Top Restaurant. This trip is an easy journey to make you enjoy the Mekong typical landscape overview. It is also an opportunity of find out the local activities and taking pictures. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City for ending the tour at your hotel at 17:00 Pm
