A longing destination for Austria's crowned heads since time immemorial. Whether Emperor Franz Joseph and his court in Bad Ischl or the Salzburg prince archbishops in the hunting lodge Fuschl: The picturesque lake landscape of the provinces of Salzburg, Upper Austria and Styria fascinates. Visit the Mozart village of St. Gilgen, the home of Mozart's mother, and enjoy a 25-minute boat trip to St. Wolfgang (the boat trip is included from May 1 to October 26). In St. Wolfgang you will visit the famous gothic winged altar by Michael Pacher and have the opportunity for a coffee break in the world famous Hotel Im Weißen Rössl. The drive back to Salzburg takes us past the legendary Krottensee and Hüttenstein Castle as well as Mondsee, surrounded by impressive mountains. All in all: an unforgettable experience. In the period from 27 October to 30 April we invite our guests to coffee and cake instead of the boat trip on Lake Wolfgang.
