Description of Tour

It is the biggest island on the lake and the farthest from the mainland. Walk to enjoy the botanical garden and the house, now a museum with interesting marionette collections. In the garden there is a collection of ancient Camellias, huge rhododendron bushes and several sub-tropical plants, among which the most important tree on the whole Lake Maggiore. Birds in every color wander in the park. Wonderful views to the Borromean Gulf.
