Description of Tour

The tour starts at the Birthplace of Franz Kafka, today's Franz Kafka Square.

The first port of call is the City Hall, where in the house Zur Minute his three sisters were born.

On the Old Town Square, which is the central market square of Prague's Old Town, we visit the Kinsky Palace, where at the time of Kafka was the German grammar school where Kafka studied. The boys' school that Franz Kafka attended as a boy is not far from there, in the Meat Market. Today you can find Mastna Street there.

We go to Republic Square on Na Porici Street, where the AUVA (Workers Accident Insurance Institution for the Kingdom of Bohemia in Prague) was. Franz Kafka worked there almost until his death.

The second point of the program is the so-called Jewish Townt, which is located in the Jewish quarter of Prague. There you can see the six synagogues, the old cemetery, the Jewish town hall and lastly the Paris street.

This is a private tour, you book the guide exclusively for yourself.

The tour lasts 3 hrs and everything we walk. The length is about 2 km.
