The Alhambra is certainly Spain's most important monument.
And also the hardest part, in terms of tickets!
It is actually necessary to order the entry tickets months in advance.
Unfortunately, as a guide, I cannot do this for you, but I will inform you where and for what time slot you can pre-order the tickets. (online - available approx. 3 months before the tour).
The admission tickets for the Alhambra have a time slot that must be strictly observed, which is especially important for guests on cruise ships, as only certain time slots are suitable.
So before you book, I ask you to contact me and let me know the exact mooring times of your ship.
For visitors who have accommodation in the area, we are of course much more flexible when it comes to scheduling.
From Malaga we need about 2 hours ride to the Alhambra, with a short break on the way. After arriving at the Alhambra, we begin thevisit (depending on the time slot for the Nasrid Palaces), which takes about 3 hours. Then maybe time for lunch or a few tapas in the area around the Alhambra, and then we return.
The Alhambra is a palace city of considerable proportions, with Muslim and Christian palaces, as well as the Generalife complex, a garden with a palace, located outside the city walls.
If you do not come on a cruise ship but are picked up in the city, our schedule is more flexible, and we can go down into the city on foot after the visit, because the city center is closed to traffic.
It is advisable to contact me prior to booking to agree on a more precise timing.
The tour is planned for 8 hours.
