The Camp Nou was inaugurated in 1957 and has since been used by FC Barcelona as their home stadium. Expanded and renovated several times, it now seats about 100,000 spectators, making it the largest stadium in Europe. The stadium has been designated an elite stadium by UEFA and is the largest club stadium in the world. And who knows, maybe Messi, Iniesta or Neymar will run into you...!
Near the Camp Nou is the Mini Estadi for 30,000 spectators, which was built in 1982 and serves as the home stadium of the reserve team. The area also includes an indoor ballpark, the Palau Blaugrana, for the basketball, handball, futsal and roller hockey sections, as well as an indoor ice rink.
The so-called La Masia, an 18th-century farmhouse, is located right next to the stadium. It housed the school and youth academy of FC Barcelona between 1979 and 2011.
Integrated into the stadium is the FC Barcelona Museum, where you can marvel at hundreds of trophies as well as learn a lot about the history of the club and the city.
Pick up from your hotel and round trip to/from the stadium. Please give me the address of your hotel in Barcelona when booking.
