Water Arts
From 1 May to 3 October you can experience the Water Arts in Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays. Four times a year, on the first summer Saturdays in June, July, August and September, the waterworks are illuminated and begin at Hercules at nightfall. During a guided tour of the water arts, you will learn all there is to know about Landgrave Karl and what motivated him to build the Hercules and create the water arts. As you follow the course of the water, the technology and sophistication of the baroque and romantic waterway will be explained to you. You will be amazed by the drama of the water arts. The over 50m high large fountain as a finale is a unique experience worldwide.
