Description of Tour

The Aachen City Hall stands on the site where Charlemagne's palace once stood. Today, the International Charlemagne Prize of Aachen is awarded in the Coronation Festival Hall. During the tour I tell you about the eventful history of the town hall. You can visit almost all the rooms. And only those who have an audience with the Lord Mayor will be allowed to see the last two rooms.
