Hotel pick-up and go straight to Ben Thanh Market to join and learn how the local chooses and bargains ingredients with an experienced Chef then depart for the Vietnamese Cookery Center. During the lesson the chef will explain the meanings, uses and effects of Vietnamese dishes on human health or when and how to use kinds of herbs. After having necessary knowledge and ingredients, start to cook your own dishes, prepare “nuoc mam” (fish sauce) and cook different kinds of rice. In the end of the lesson, enjoy and share your dishes with others.
Upon completing the course, you will have mastered the use of chopsticks and deeply understand the etiquette and tradition of Vietnamese meals.
