Description of Tour

Day 1, Upon your arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by Ronald Ugandan Guide. Having passed immigration and luggage collection please exit the arrival hall and look out for our Ronald guide who will transfer you to the hotel.

Day 2, Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park We will depart for a half day drive to the west via Mubende to Fort Portal, passing though the scenic countryside of Rwenzori Mountains. Known as the "Mountains of the Moon" whose foot hills are the farmland of Tea estates, an evening community tour is a get together moment of the clients and the community.

Day 3, We enter Kibale Forest National Park Forest for primate viewing in the morning. We search for chimpanzees and other primates including phoestes, Red-Colobus, Blues, Red-tailed and grey cheeked Mangabey. After the track, we drive to Queen Elizabeth, have a game drive in the evening.

Day 4, This morning, we will have a morning game drive to the climbing LIONS and lots of animals there after lunch, leave for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest home to the few remaining mountain gorillas. Bird life and primate life in Bwindi is quite superb, and there is an incredible variety of flora. Once continuous with the forests of the Virunga Volcanoes, Bwindi is now an ecological island, surrounded by cultivation on the rich volcanic soils. The journey will take us through scenes of Rwenzori mountain, Queen Elizabeth national park and the Ishasha sector for tree climbing lions.

Day 5, Gorilla trekking We head to the park headquarters for a briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority before setting off to the forest to trek the gorillas. The ranger guides will take you through the forest to track gorillas, which can take from half an hour to five hours. A reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking shoes. If you have the afternoon free, you will take a guided village walk to see how the Ugandans live.

Day 6, Drive to Lake Mburo, with lunch en-route and stop over at Equator Uganda. Evening games drive to see the beautiful Zebra feeding and lots of birds gathering for a night. Overnight.

Day 7, After a cup of coffee, a game drive or take on a horse riding for two hours to the park for lots of animals and bird and a 3 hour boat trip on Lake Mburo is more rewarding. Thereafter, Drive to Kampala-Entebbe arriving in the evening.
