In Żelazowa Wola you can walk in the footsteps of Frédéric Chopin and visit his birthplace. In the surrounding park you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lovely piano music. You will learn what Chopin had in his ears when he saw the Mazovian landscape and what music was close to his soul.
In Nieborów you will visit the baroque castle of the Radziwiłł family and get to know the turbulent fate of these cosmopolitans. In the magnificently furnished castle rooms you can admire valuable art collections, rich collections of books, English and Meissen porcelain and ceramics from the local majolica factory. You will learn how one of the most powerful families in the Polish-Lithuanian Republic once lived and how they financed their lives. You will discover that the Radziwiłłs were not only related to the Hohenzollerns, but also had a network of contacts with kings, emperors and presidents and had residences in France, Italy, Germany and Russia.
