We start outside the old town at the legendary Horkenstein and follow the course of the medieval town wall before taking a closer look at the most famous sights of the romantic old town with the Zollhaus, Bügeleisenhaus, Old Town Hall and St. George's Church.
When our town walk ends back at the Horkenstein, you will have become acquainted with early fossils, medieval toilets, inner-city fountains and metropolitan town redevelopment plans. In the museum Bügeleisenhaus from 1611, house wells, creaking oak floorboards, low doors and small bull's-eye windows promise pure half-timbered joy!
