A walk through the heart of Barcelona, with the possibility to visit the underground excavations of the Roman settlement, the Historical Museum of the City of Barcelona, the Picasso Museum, the sculpture collection of Frederic Marés or monuments such as the Cathedral, the Church of Santa María del Mar, the many Gothic buildings or the medieval shipyards. However, the focus is on the narrow streets and the many nice little squares surrounded by medieval buildings, the daily hustle and bustle of Barcelona and its inhabitants, as well as its ambience and the very special shops that can be found in these neighbourhoods. And last but not least, the special tapas bars and good restaurants in this zone!
