Description of Tour

Preliminary itinerary

Day 1.

Breakfast in the hotel. City tour in Baku. Visiting the monumental, historical and architectural landmarks of the city. Lunch. A walk along the Seaside Boulevard .

Boat trip on the Baku Bay. Walking and shopping in the city center “Fountains square”. Dinner. Free time.

Day 2.

Breakfast. Visiting Absheron peninsula. Trip to the natural, historical and architectural monuments of Absheron peninsula (near Baku in a radius of 50 km). Lunch.

Visit to temple of fire-worshipers Ateshgah. Pagan burial on the cliff Usta-shagird. Tower temples in the villages of Shagan and Mardakan. Rock pictures on the site Kyalyah on Dubandi seaside. Dinner. Free time.

Day 3.

Breakfast. A visit to Heydar Aliyev Center. Lunch.

Trip to Gobustan. Historical and artistic reserve under the open sky Gobustan. Visiting rock art sites of ancient human Neolithic period.

Dinner. Leaving for to Shahdag Mountain Resort.

Day 4.

Breakfast. Skiing and different winter actions in Shahdag Mountain Resort. Lunch. Skiing and different winter actions in Shahdag Mountain Resort.

Combined (auto-horse) excursion (3-4 days) in the Shahdag National Park. Dinner. Free time.

Day 5.

Breakfast. Departure to Guba. Excursion in Guba and its immediate vicinity (village Nyugedi, recreation area Gechresh).

Lunch. Excursion historical destiny of small people - Tats-Jews in Azerbaijan - In the village Fyatyali Khan / former village of Red, or Jewish, Sloboda / - a place of compact residence of Azerbaijani Jews, the so-called Mountain Jews, with a tour of the restored synagogues.

Excursion in the Scientific-Research Institute of Horticulture, his experimental garden, agriculture industry.

Day 6.

Breakfast. Departure to Khizi. Excursion to Group of lakes (6 lakes) mud-volcanic origin in the tract Gaynarca. Recreation area “Altiagac”.

Memorial Mosque (90th km of highway Baku-Siyazan.), Near the foot of mountain Besh Barmag / Pier Khydyr Zyundya / the remains of the medieval defensive wall - Beshbarmag wall.
