We start by meeting each other at your hotel, then taking cyclo driven by a dedicated team of experienced drivers, and crossing over the historical Trang Tien Bridge to visit the colorful Dong Ba market where you can see many of ingredients for making Hue local food, and explore the local business life. Continuing on cyclos along busy streets, we explore the daily life of Hue. The cyclos will ride around the royal palace, so you can take pictures at beautiful Hue sites and listening to their stories.
During the tour, we will stop at many famous street restaurants to try a lot of Hue local street food dishes. They are really different, but all of them are delicious.
You will have chances to samples kinds of “banh” in Hue such as: Banh Khoai – Hue pancake, Banh Loc – Filtered tapioca dumplings, Banh Beo – Steamed rice discs topped with shrimp, Banh Nam – Steamed flat rice dumplings, Banh Uot – Hue wet rice paper, Banh Chung – Square glutinous rice cake, Banh Bao – Steamed rice dumpling, Banh La Gai – Pinnate leaf cake. You also try other local dishes including Bun Bo Hue – Hue beef vermicelli soup, Ram It – Sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling, Bun Thit Nuong – Grilled pork vermicelli, Nem Lui – Grilled chopped meat, Cha – Meat pie, Me Xung – Sesame candy, Che – Sweet soup, Ca Phe Sua – Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and Season fruits.
After our great tour, we will take you back to your hotel and say farewell to each other. End the program.
