Description of Tour

Alaska has always been one of the highlights for adventure travelers in North America. In the summer months from May to September, Alaska has daytime temperatures of 15 to 25 C and 16 to 20 hours of daylight: time to hike, spot wildlife, kayak, climb glaciers and sit around a campfire in the evening and celebrate the day together.

We start in Anchorage with our USA school bus converted to an overland vehicle and our adventure "Salmon Run" begins: icebergs, volcanoes, fishing, hiking or rafting, camping in the wilderness surrounded by rivers, mountains and animals - always knowing maybe to meet a bear! The journey is the destination and the spacious overland vehicle offers plenty of room, tables for playing cards, individual overhead compartments for daypack or camera gear and wood for the campfire is also on board!
