My name is Britta. I am the third generation born in Hamburg, so I am a bdquo;echteldquo; Hamburger Deern.Even as a child, I had fun explaining my Hamburg to people and was at the harbor almost every day. Even then, the harbor had a special attraction for me in both summer and winter. I was always drawn there, to the ships and the people on the quayside. And so it was a great stroke of luck for me to obtain my port license to operate launches.As an Alsterkapitauml;nin, I made round trips and also conducted them myself. The two-year stint as an Alster captain was a wonderful time for me.Work experience:
