About me
For almost 20 years I have been living in Seville and have turned my passion for art, history and architecture into a profession: Since 2001 I have been working as a state-certified tour guide in this beautiful city in my mother tongue - German, as well as in English. In addition to tours for travel agencies, I especially offer individual travellers and families with children the possibility of a private tour tailored to them.
In Germany, I studied art history and classical archaeology, followed by postgraduate studies in monument conservation and historical building research. This combination of humanities and antiquities then gave me the opportunity to work abroad: I was able to gain practical experience first in Rome and later during archaeological excavations in Spain. In addition to the many sights in the city, which can be wonderfully explored on foot, but also comfortably and entertainingly by bicycle, I offer excursions to the closer surroundings of Seville. Take your time and I will personally guide you to the most important archaeological excavations and historically significant places such as Italica or Carmona. A special point of contrast to Seville is definitely a day trip to Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz.
Discover with me this millennia-old city with lots of charm, away from the usual clichés.
