Description of Tour

Day 1, Arrival at Entebbe Airport any time of the day received by Ronald your Guide and transferred to Acacia Lodge Kampala for a rest and over night.

Day 2, After an Early breakfast, drive through Kampala City to Jinja the source of the Nile River one of its kind that is the Longest River in the world and has two tributaries, the White and Blue Nile. The trip shall take us through the Mabira Forest the biggest Natural Rainforest home of primates and Birds. A boat trip to the source and a tour around Jinja is a rewarding experience. An evening Kampala city tour to historical sites is a rewinding experience worth for you safari in Uganda.

Day 3, Early morning breakfast, drive to Murchison falls arriving in the early evening. The drive takes the clients through plains and northern parts of the country through the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, Masindi town and budongo rainforest where baboons will take the chance to welcome the clients to the Murchison national park. Take a ferry and cross to Paraa safari lodge.

Day 4, Early morning cup of coffee and game drive which will reward the clients with lots of animals and birds including the rare Shoebills which can be spotted during the game drive. Lots of lions, Giraffes, herds of buffalos, Antelopes, hogs and many more. Drive back for breakfast and lunch thereafter an evening boat trip to the bottom of the falls and a hike to the top of the falls which is the most rewarding activity in the Murchison Falls, lots of crocodiles, Water birds and animals to crown it the water falls.

Day 5, Early morning breakfast, drive through farm lands and tea estates on the foot hills Rwenzori mountains to Kibale forest home of the chimpanzee, bird life, forest elephants, buffalos, forest hogs.

Day 6, Early morning Chimpanzee tracking and after lunch you do a nature walk in bigodi where birds makes melodies and sight seeing at the top of the world craters and drive to Kasese town for overnight.

Day 7, After morning breakfast, drive to Rwenzori mountain for a five hours hike and cultural tour of the mountain living people, cultural dance and lots of cultural performances. The hike will give the chance to view the Lakes George and Edward and the scenic view of the Queen Elizabeth. In the evening decent and drive to Queen Elizabeth National park, an en-route game drive is mandatory.

Day 8, An early morning game drive provides an excellent platform to see Queen Elizabeth's large variety and volume of wildlife. This drive will be in the Kasenyi area of the park. In the afternoon, we enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake George to Lake Edward. This trip passes through a high concentration of hippos, buffalo, elephants, crocodiles and water birds, for fantastic photo opportunities.

Day 9, An early morning breakfast is advised, drive to Bwindi through Ishasha the southern part of Queen Elizabeth for game drive where you can have an opportunity to see the climbing Lions and high concentration of elephants and buffalos. After Lunch head to Bwindi for overnight.

Day 10, After an early morning breakfast, you head to the Park head quarters for a briefing and then be guided by a guide and a game ranger to the forest for Gorilla trekking where life will be renewed when you interact with the Mountain gorillas. An evening community nature walk unites you with the local community and learning of the life of the locals.

Day 11, Drive to Lake Mburo through Mbarara where you will have sight seeing, Farmlands and the Ankole long horned cattle. Lunch at Igongo Cultural Centre and game drive as you drive to the lodge where herds of Zebras and Antelopes graze along the way.

Day 12, A morning Game drive or Bush walk in the morning is a story to tell back home as lake Mburo is rich for bird watching and lots of antelopes including the beautiful Zebras allover which leaves your camera without a space. Drive to Entebbe in the afternoon in preparation for the flight back home.
