You will see the main sights of Yalta - two palaces that played a great role in world history. Just here, in Yalta, the famous Crimean Conference took place in 1945.
First we will visit Livadia Palace, the former summer residence of the last Russian Tsar Nicholas II, where all plenary sessions during the conference were held. Also, the American delegation headed by Roosevelt was accommodated in this palace.
On the way to Alupka, we make a photo stop at the observation deck of the castle the Swallow's Nest, which has become a landmark on the southern coast of Crimea.
Then we visit the palace of Count Vorontsov in Alupka, where two meetings of foreign ministers were held during the conference. Also, in this beautiful palace, furnished in the English style Tudor, lived Winston Churchill and the representatives of the English delegation.
