Bento Station, being recognized worldwide for its tiles that depict medieval and Portuguese Discoveries´ events; the Cathedral, a real fortress-church that has witnessed several architectural transformations from the Romanesque period (XII Century) to the Portuguese’s Baroque (XVIII Century); ancient custom houses which stored and inspected the goods that came from the Portuguese colonies and the ancient core of Miragaia’s parish, one of the oldest parishes in the city of Porto, connected to the river front city of Vila Nova de Gaia.
