Description of Tour

245 km long is the course of the Moselle in Germany alone. It is navigable as far as Metz in France. It is famous for its 360° loops between steep slate cliffs, and the wine grown on them.

Like pearls on a string, one winegrowing village follows the next.

Depending on how your time allows, shorter or longer dream routes are on offer. The main stages:

- Schengen - Remich - Ehnen - Grevenmacher - Trier (Upper Mosel)

- Trier - Klausen - Piesport (Panoramastrasse) - Bernkastel-Kues (Middle Mosel)

- Bernkastel-Kues - Traben-Trarbach - Tell - Beilstein - Cochem (Middle Mosel)

- Cochem - Karden - Koblenz (Lower Mosel)

These are tried and tested suggestions. We will be happy to fulfil your culinary wishes and advise you in detail on the design of your programme (wine or sparkling wine tasting at the vintner's or roadside innkeeper's, vineyard hike, etc.)
